Troy location sucks dont get meal #7 this is what was on it. May 20,2022 Ok I love the Mexican pizza was so happy they returned it to the menu. But this was how I recieved it. It was gross, not hot, the cheese was not melted, plus I ordered and paid for sour cream and it wasn't added. Plus way to much sauce, and no spoon or fork to eat it with. Plus the box lid wasn't closed on it when I received it. You pay for food and everything is costly nowadays. And you recieve food you can't eat. I paid almost $6 bucks for just this one item. Seriously I worked in fast food and retail all my life and we strived to please the customers, cause they are the ones paying your paycheck. If it wasn't for customers no one would be in business. I will go to another store before coming back here.

Went through the drive-through today and it took 7 minutes for them to acknowledge that someone was there. I would have just left but I was blocked in. The guy running the drive-through was slow as molasses and seemed like he did not even care to be there. Even when he brought my food out to the parking lot a lot he walked so slow that I could have made my own tacos by then.......22 minutes to get food.... That is absolutely ridiculous. It's also ridiculous that they make you pull around to the front so that the corporate clock does not realize that they are moving super slow. Yes they have a clock that records their time to make sure that they are doing their job. This is how they avoid getting caught (asking you to pull forward). If you cannot find employees the employees that care about customer service then you should probably just shut your doors and stay home.

I ordered online and went to pick it I get there and am asked -“ what can I get you?” I inform them I have a Mobile order for Brian. She gives me my drink. I “Thank You!” I’m waiting for a quite a while but I’m not upset about it they are busy. 45 mins later I start to wonder because everybody around me if getting their order. People that placed their order about 30 mins after I did. When I inquire, I’m informed that they are out of chicken.They had run out while they were skipping my order and making the 10 chicken quesadillas that these kids had ordered after me I ask for a refund and they say they can’t do anything about it at all. I’ve tried to call the number to get a refund but no luck. Thanks Taco Bell for stealing my money. That’s bad business no matter what kind of business you run!!

FLATEST cheese roll up I've ever had it was a pancake and the the dorito lucus taco was the size door handle horrible customer service there was a guy in front of us that was asking for help and they told him they did not have time to help him and he'd been waiting for five minutes then he left because they did not help him
