This was my first time at this location. The staff seemed focus and organized. The wait wasn’t too long. But the main reason for this review is about the burger I purchased. BEST MEAL EVER from a fast food restaurant. The burger looked like the same burger they advertised. Most places just throw your food together and serve it. My burger I got today was made with care. Who ever made it needs a raise today. I would have left a tip had I known it was going to be this good. Thank you so much for making my work day go smoothly. Sometimes the small things really do make a difference. Please keep up the awesome work. Give the staff a raise!!!!! Awesome job!!!!!! I will be back one day. Ken from Dayton,Oh

From someone who has worked in fast food, this isn't what a guest should be getting. It seems every time I come to this location, something isn't right. They were not busy. We were the only ones in line both inside and out. Sometimes the fries are cold, sometimes it's no sauce, sometimes we get the wrong drinks. I wouldn't mind if this was every once in awhile but this is every time. Last time was no straws and the wrong drinks. Best advice is check your bags and drinks before you leave.

Stopped for a quick bite to go, drive thru had four cars ahead... But first car had huge difficult order, delaying everyone else..however.. That's the way things are ..and I understand.. But what made the difference was..the lady at the window and how she serviced our order..my regret is that I didn't get her name.. but she was outstanding in a difficult situation... Smiled a big friendly smile, thanked me for being patient, expedited my order, and never panicked.. She had a butterfly tattoo on her upper left arm and was just so polite and calm.. it made the wait worthwhile... customer service is everything, and she had it going on strong

If I could give this establishment a -15 star review, I would. First off, the food was not hot and crispy as promised. Second, the ice literally felt room temperature. I’m very disappointed in whatever abomination that food was. I was very hyped for my frosty and they don’t even have vanilla???? The most basic flavor known to mankind???? Also, the frosties we did receive weren’t even cold bruh. Safe to say, I will in no way be surprised if I did of a heart attack tonight from whatever they called those “chicken nuggets”. They don’t even deserved to be called those. #disappointed

usually love this location, stopped by Sunday morning (6/2) for breakfast as the Mcd's wasn't open. 2 cars in the parking lot (presume employee's since the dining room isn't open) all the lights are on, breakfast menu is up..... no one to be seen. can't help but wonder if they were "hiding" in the fridge to avoid work.

9pm at night. Driving through Urbana. Stopped at KFC waited 3 minutes worker finally came on and said they were closed. Drove over to Burger King drive thru was 8 cars deep. Waited 5 minutes line never moved. Left and stopped at Wendy's. Drive thru was 6 cars deep. Line moved quick. In and out and on the way in under 5 mins. Kudos to staff on duty. Food was great as always
