Mcdonald's

This was actually the first time I have had a bad experience. The person who took my order in drive through got it wrong for starters. We get our food, discover the sandwiche is wrong and there is only one. No receipt.. No biggie. We go back through, the young lady is VERY VERY rude and unprofessional. She keeps insinuating that we are lying. She is very court. Eventually, she goes to talk to a manager. They find the receipt...only one sandwich was charged for. Then she proceeds to act like she is doing a favor by allowing us to keep the sandwich we did not want and told us to move up because we are holding up her line. No apology ...just showing us like dogs. I told her that was rude, she said I know but you need to move. I told her I would not and asked for a refund. She proceeded to start yelling ....saying no you have food and threatening to call the police. At first I was going to stay, but then decided that it was not worth it. I will just file an official complaint about her service. Like I said...she was the first one who acted like that.

This is now my second bad experience with this location. Was moving and got breakfast for the guys helping me. I got five sandwiches. One was supposed to be a sausage McGriddle. All the others were sausage McMuffins. Pay $21 for five sandwiches and five hash browns. Get to the next window they only give me two sandwiches and two hash browns. I had to explain to them that I had more and had to show them my receipt because they didn't believe me. They finally get my order and I just look in the bag and I saw that I had five sandwiches and five hash browns. Get all the way home and there was no sausage McGriddle in the bag. Paid $5 for one sandwich and didn't even get that sandwich. Then called a half a dozen times no answer. If I could rate them zero Stars I would this is the worst McDonald's in the area. You're better off going to the one on big Beaver and Rochester
