What a great little Micky-D's! Easy in, easy out right off RT 7 on the outskirts of Troy, so no crazy traffic to fight trying to get out. Immaculately clean and updated bathrooms, nice little eating area, and very friendly and engaging young staff. COVID-19 plexiglass and precautions in place, with "No mask, no service" policy and signage for our protection. Good food and super fast service. Everything that made McDonald's a huge success done consistently right.

I went there on my way back to gamestop and all i got was fries. My girlfriend and her mom got meals but i only had a large fry. Everything was, well, mcdonalds quality - but the fries were horrendous. Its like they packed all the throw away burnt fries in our containers and they didnt even attempt to salt them. Completely hollowed out and dry, crunchy and disgusting.

Food is generally hot and fairly fresh. Friendly staff. Unfortunately past several times I've visited, I have to wait at least 10-15 minutes before they hand me my order. The wait happens both through drive-thru and mobile orders. Seems as if they are understaffed.

No problems with this McDonald’s really, has the dollar menu, clean, not too long of a wait. Had an issue with the order, they gladly fixed it with no questions. Only hamburger instead of cheeseburger on dollar menu though. Gave us coffee for free, happy about that.

The food is cold by the time you pull out of the drive through. They mess up the orders all the time.

It's really a hit or miss here, which isn't unusual for a McDonald's. Some days you get food that tastes good and some days you get overcooked meat and fries that taste more like salt with a side of fries.
As for the service, typically the service quality is good.
