My KFC drive-through experience, enjoying the Famous Bowl meal, was the best I've ever had. The combination of mashed potatoes, crispy chicken, corn, and gravy delivered on flavor and comfort. The convenience of the drive-through, coupled with the deliciousness of the Famous Bowl, made it a standout and satisfying meal on the go.

I stopped here with a friend and we each ordered a 2 piece chicken meal which includes a side, busquit, and fountain drink. I was pleasantly surprised that our bill was only $15! The young guy who took our order was friendly, outgoing, welcoming, and seemed to enjoy his job. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The portion sizes were fine but the "Original Recipe" chicken tasted and looked nothing like it has in the past. Instead of being juicy and flavorful it was dry and the coating was just weird. The restraunt itself smelled somewhat like a backed-up sewer. No plans to return.

The best service I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant! We ordered a couple family meals and the manager let us know personally that the chicken would have to be mixed between extra crispy and original.. we are from STL and those jerks, the stl employees, would have to told us to kick rocks and go elsewhere. Thank you, KFC Traverse City. Felt like we were at Chick fil a ;)

Good old KFC knows the meaning of inflation but what they don't know is that it doesn't mean you serve only 25 percent of a person's order. Nice job on hiring people noone else will.. I hope you don't have this group believing a 401k is a marathon in the special Olympics. I seen your benefits on the window

Went all day Christmas shopping with family on empty stomachs. After shopping was done, me and family were SUPER HANGRY (for those who don't know, hangry means starving to the point you are angry). So we stopped here, being every other fast food restaurant was closed early due to understaffing or what have you, not realizing that they were closing in 20 minutes. The lady who ran drive thru was super awesome and helped us out considering they only had limited items. She managed to give us what they could to accomodate what we wanted. We were super happy and very grateful to have good food and a full belly. I wish I got her name, but she and the rest of the staff deserve acknowledgement for their hard work, while providing hospitalitity, care, compassion and respect to us. We will be back again someday and until then, thank you, keep up the awesome, good work you all do, but most importantly, hang in there and keep your head up. We know it's rough right now, be we appreciate all you do to the best of your ability.
