The morning crew is awesome!!! I take my 5 yr old grandson there a couple days every week before preschool and they bless us somehow some way every time with a smile, a friendly greeting and great service!!! Thank you for a epic start to our day!

Love the morning ladies at McD's! Especially how they take care of my elderly father Rufus who unfortunately can no longer drive. So he cannot come except on Sunday's now. He LOVES the sausage egg McMuffin nearly EVERY morning at this location. He'll miss you wonderful ladies!

Way better and faster than their competitors. French frys are hot, and the speed of service is quick. We don't always eat fast food, but when we do, we stop at one of the McDonald's locations.

Honestly this is one of the best McDonald's I have been to. All the staff were friendly. The food was hot and fresh. The new dining room is pretty cook except for the random picture of a bunch of old tin cans.

I can not share thoughts on the atmosphere because we went thru the drive-thru after my grandsons' baseball games. They love the Oreo McFlurry. It is always a hit with them. We avoid fast food, I prefer healthier choices. Shakes and flurries are great.

Today I was NOT happy with my food. I only ordered 1 double bacon burger 🍔 There was 1 piece of bacon and the rest were small chunks that clearly didn't effectively cover the bun. Do better Mickey Ds on Front Street in Traverse City.

My super hot baby mama picked me up some food on her way to Suttons Bay. She dropped off my food and there was a bite out of my chicken sandwich and they only filled my large frie half-way!

i come through quite a bit sometimes and i’ve noticed there is a difference in performance between when KK and her typical crew is working versus night crew. i went through the drive through early morning when KK was working and my online order was fast, KK is always a welcoming face to see with her insane positivity/energy and she actually listens every time i come in. however, i came in again due to some good deals through the online ordering and the guy working the speaker wasn’t understanding what i was trying to say and he was interrupting me every time i tried to clear it up. i was shocked about being interrupted as it is an experience i’ve never encountered before. give the morning crew a raise!!

Just like other McDonald's in Traverse City-- messed up orders and rude managers who couldn't run a lemonade stand. Food is good though. 7/14/2019 UPDATED REVIEW Went again today, used the drive-thru only. Cute McDonald's right across from the bay. Gentleman who took our order repeated it to us twice (correctly) and we got our food quickly. It was tasty and hot. Changed my 3 star review to 5 stars. Will be back again!

Oreo McFlurry go brrrr 🥶 The only thing i would suggest is to mix it a little longer so that the Oreos are evenly distributed throughout the entirety of the McFlurry. Still though .. Oreo McFlurry 🙌💯 Yes sirrrr
