My order is always off, when I choose to stop at this McDonald's 😩 The meal is never prefect. Something is always worthy of me complaining about. They may give you a good burger, but, the fries are cold. Or the fries are perfect, but, they give you a burger or old bread. They may even completely forget to give you your drink when you have ordered a meal! Listen, get it together over there!

Tired of this drive through hustle, your not ready to serve the food so you want people to move to a parking spot so it looks like you served them in a quick manner. In reality they waited mad long and still had to go inside the restaurant to get the order right after waiting, at least my food was fresh, but it hadn't choice but to be fresh given the fact I came right at the lunch switchover.

Unprofessional. Made me wait to reopen at 4. Came back and said another 10 minutes. The site says 24hrs. This is the 2nd time. Last time I came at 3 and they said 3:30. Employees always mess up my order and get upset when I bring it back. Please do better.

Fries are ALWAYS disgusting. They taste as if they have been refried several times. Disgusting ..seeing that when you think of McDonald's you normally think of their French fries.

My experience with this McDonald's was not so good Me being an Officer I was disturbed to see that they were serving people during this pandemic without Gloves they go from ringing you up on the cash register to making your food , even the MANAGER in charge didn't have Gloves on Bad example for her employees. The Food wasnt bad HOWEVER customer service is everything!!!!!!

This location is a nice-sized one with plenty of parking spaces, areas for seating and tables, 4 Self- service kiosks and a large play area for kids, one for 4-12 year olds with a climbing wall, and one for toddlers up to 3 years old. Service can be a bit slow at certain times of the day, but overall, it's a better one than some other McDonald's locations in/around Northeast Baltimore.

Nice playground. I asked for hot fries when I placed my order but what I got was half warm fries, had to go back and request hot fries. I tried the new surf+turf sandwich and had to put it together myself. I thought it came the way it look on the display...smh
