Pizza Hut

The inside was very clean and their health score was a 99, which I was extremely pleased to see. We were coming through later in the evening, so we ordered takeout via online ordering. The order should have been exactly as my husband entered it, as there was no room for error just reading off a receipt. It was not, as we were charged for an extra topping we never received. It was only a couple of dollars, but it's the point that it was wrong and they didn't answer their phone when we called about it. The only employee up front was pretty rude all the way around, and clearly didn't want to be there. The inside dining appears to close sooner than the takeout option, because the bathrooms were blocked off and the dining area was inaccessible at 9pm even though they close at 10. Maybe they're super short-handed, maybe the employees don't want to be there, who knows? The pizza was delicious even if it was missing a topping, so we rolled with it and ate it anyway. Just check your order before you leave and don't expect cheese or crushed pepper packets to automatically come with your food anymore. They're $1/each now for tiny little shakers of the two.

The staffs behavior is the major culprit for their business failure. They threatened calling cops and shouted at us saying "Get Out!!" just for asking where to trash the boxes as me and my 7 friends had the pizzas inside our car after carrying out from this store. I wonder how they have received a few good reviews. No wonder Domino's rock in their service with no comparison. You just lost 8 more customers permanently.

We ordered a pizza over the phone and I told the gentleman over the phone I had a coupon, he said my price would be adjusted at the store. My husband went in to pick it up and the young man told him the coupon had a code on it that it was online order only, my husband told him how was he suppose to know what that code meant. He came back to the car and I took the other coupons in but the guy got really confrontational with my husband and told him he didn't like his tone of voice and he was going to have to ask him to leave. My husband told him he didn't have to ask, we were leaving. The coupons were $13.99 for a large and the other was 20% off, our order totaled $18. My husband went through 6 months of chemotherapy last year for lymphoma and it affected his voice but this young man was really rude to him and we were very disappointed in his attitude and the rudeness towards both of us. We were on vacation so we ended up at Subway and got great service there.

We recieved the rudest customer service ever. I placed an order well before closing and arrived 20 minutes before closing to pick it up. All I received was attitude. The whole store was already basically closed with the chairs all up and everything. The representative could not make it any more obvious that us being there was a major inconvenience for him. It didn't help that I was of color. Those that were not of color were referred to as "Sir" or "Ma'am". All we got was a dirty look. After finally getting our order, we noticed the drinks were missing. When I notified the rep that my order was missing our drinks, he looked as if I asked him for his left arm. I would never come back again. We go to our local pizza hut back home and have never had such issues, but this experience has really put us off.

Absolutely terrible! The kid at the counter is only working with half his brain cells. Took 20 mins to order 1 pizza then another 40 mins of waiting to actually get the pizza. This is a tourist town and they have bathrooms blocked off and half the menu items r unavailable. In his words the fries and chicken stations were closed 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ Don’t waste your time!
