Great Food and Great Service! Read many mixed reviews prior to our visit. The restaurant was crowded because of the Annual Bigfoot Festival. The wait to be seated was relatively short and our server quickly came to our table. Our breakfast was hot and tasted Great! I definitely recommend the Waffle and my wife loved her Omelet. The Fried Potatoes were Outstanding! I definitely recommend the Townsend Pancake House!

It was ok. Chili needed to be reheated. Steak was a bit tough though it was cooked medium. Decor was nice rustic. Waitresses and hostesses were great.

We were visiting from WV on our honeymoon and stopped In for breakfast. We were blown away friendly staff and our food was hot and served to us in only what felt like 5 min. I tried a bit of my husband sausage and pepper gravy over biscuits it was so good. My eggs were great with the toast and the homefries was awesome. We'll definitely come back we loved the place.

Nice staff, fine food for the location! Potatoes were cold, but my eggs were good. Coffee was pretty dang bitter and needed a LOT of powdered creamer and sugar (wish they had liquid creamer, I know that powdered creamer is absolutely terrible for my body). Overall, fine!

Walked in and got seated right away. Server helped us within 5 minutes. Got our drink order and food order all at once. Was eating my food within 15 minutes of the order. I got the big breakfast. My companion got the cheese omelet. She was dissatisfied with the quality of the cheese. It was not melted. Over all experience was pleasant. Would dine here again.

Loved the home cooked food. Great place for breakfast. Very hardy sized meals. The local staff was as friendly as could be. My Family and I always stay in the Smokys several times a year and rarely do we miss the opportunity for breakfast here.
If you're looking for a family friendly place to eat this is a great one.
