Rated 3 stars because the drink machine was not working, staff wad aware, but had to aske them to fill our drinks instead of them doing so automatically. Additionally, even though they have "fry salt" sitting above the fry bin, they haven't the time to salt the fries when we were the only ones in the store and drive through was empty

I love burger king! The only thing about this particular one is it is often pretty dirty, when we went in by the soda machine there were chicken nuggets and spilled sticky soda all over the floor, but I mean the food is usually pretty delicious, it would be alot better in a cleaner environment.

Just had one of the worst meals here . The fries are greasy, salty and mushy. The original chicken sandwich has mayo just oozing out of the sides. Seriously need to ease up on the condiments on the sandwiches and salt on the fries.

The staff is amazing.
Granted it was July 4th, it was slower, but even on any other day... we've marked this Burger King on our EAT HERE list. Shakes were delicious, fries were hot, it was all wonderful.
We were highly appreciative of them being open for our travels home.

The SLOWEST Burger King in history! Waited 15 minutes in the drive through and only 2 cars were ahead of us. We literally watched 3 cars turn around and leave.
The person taking the orders was obviously only capable of taking 1 order and serving it before she could take the next order.
Good way to lose customers and piss people off!!
Just to make it clear it's not just 1 employee who does this but every single person who's taking the orders in the drive through does this.

Be Advised if you are Black and Misti is working look forward to very poor Customer Service. I stood and watched her hand everyone there change except me. Gave me under cooked fries, didn't have her mask on while serving customers and played in her hair without washing her hands. OMG I can't believe this BK is still in business. The reason things are this way is because no one speaks up.

Usually these folks are point on, but tonight my partner and I stopped to grab something hot to eat and were informed they couldn’t take two orders in the drive through since their dining room was closed early for whatever reason tonight. They made us take the ambulance back through the drive through a second time to order... not impressed kinda sad
