Came here for breakfast. I had to wait a few minutes for my breakfast crossaint to be prepared fresh, but for some reason, they didn't take that opportunity to cook fresh hash rounds. They apparently gave me the hash rounds that were cooked two hours before I arrived. 100% inedible. But hey, they have my hard earned money so........ No harm no foul. Pathetic.

Stopped in here quite a few times on my way back and forth to Texas. Employees are friendly and courteous. Wait times seem a bit longer than others, but my food always comes out hot and the order is correct.

On a trip between Oklahoma and Kansas City. Grabbed a quick bite at 8 pm on a Saturday night. P,ace was dead; all the workers were leaning on the counter chatting it up. Obvious there hadn’t been much traffic.
Ordered the prime rib and cheddar sandwich and fries. Sandwich was very messy and salty, but overall not horrible. Fries......you haven’t had any customers fir awhile and you give me fries that not only had to have been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile, but fried in oil that obviously hadn’t been changed out of the fryer in a long time. Threw them away they tasted so bad. Sad that the better option would have been a donut from next door.

This stop at Towanda service area was pretty average. Biscuits were overcooked, help was distracted. We ate in our truck and drove on.

Rude service. Requested a breakfast burrito with no meat and they refused to accommodate. She stated that they don't have a burrito with no meat. I explained i don't eat meat. She wouldn't even allow for an exception.

The workers. Well they didn't lack enthusiasm thats for sure. Thanks for making my day that much better.

Asked for Thick burger but given regular cheeseburger. The person at the drive thru even correctly repeated our order back to us. Don't mind paying the difference but kind of hard to go back to get correct item when already down the road.

McDonald’s has curbside and so does pretty much most of America due to COVID 19. At 9 pm on a dead Saturday night they could not run food to a handicap customer whose vehicle did not fit in the drive thru.
Looks like McDonald’s for now on and never Hardee’s or Carl JR’s. The handicapped customer was told to come inside. That was too much pain for fast food.
