Like the old way they made the meat.. tastes so much like processed food.. I know it's fast food but I'm talking when they weren't all over yet. Only 2 places. That's when it was good. It's okay now

Cashier didn't pay attention to what I ordered and ended up with only my partial order. Had to reorder the rest of it and wait all over again.

Rudest employee I have ever come across, I wish I would have gotten her name but what good would that do since I am reading other reviews with no response from Taco John’s. We are from Wisconsin and was hoping for the same friendly service we get from our hometown Taco John’s. This woman needs a lesson on how to treat customers.

Can't tell if you say cheese or chicken, and decide to give you the pricer chicken. Please place a order number for each type.

Stopped in on 2.4.21 was shorted 2 tacos, the ole's were cold and the food looked like it was made by a 3 year old. I have never been to such a terrible Taco Johns. 4 employees and we were the only customer. You would think that they would actually care how they made your food and if it was cold, or presented and made properly.

The food has been great the last few times I’ve gotten it. Portions are nice, service is good. I would give it a 5 star if location, lobby was better.
