Dunkin'

The brown patch on the left slice is/once was American cheese... How could you even expedite something like this? Whoever made this clearly knew they burnt the cheese beyond recognition before packaging it and handing it to me.. I also asked for extra cheese, not sure where that went? Maybe it got burnt beyond what the American cheese did and turned into dust on it's way out of the oven lol? And of course I left a tip thinking I would be able to eat when I got home lol.

So this is normally a very good Dunkin but lately, especially when the younger staff is working, they have been messing up orders badly. One time I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese along with my order, I get home and my bagel has NO cream cheese on it. Recently in the last week I ordered 2 hot coffees with 4 Splenda each, so I get my 2 coffees but one has no sweetener in it and the other is so sweet it's undrinkable, my only guess is they put 8 sweeteners in 1 coffee, and this mostly happens when the younger staff are messing around in the shop. It's sad cause I really like the shop, it's close and on my way to work but lately I have taken to driving out of my way to get my order from a different Dunkin. It's out of the way but at least they will pay attention and get my order right.

I wish I don’t have to post this negative. I hope the owner and manager talk to their employees about public safety. I bought my coffee here regularly, today I bought coffee there around 11:35 am 07/2020, one young lady who works there had her mask under her lips. I was nervous and asked manager “please tell her wear her mask correctly”, immediately, that young lady pull her mask under her chin to challenge my polite concern. I left and called back 2 times but nobody picked up. I greatly appreciate everyone who put their life on risk to serve. I am going to remove this negative or update to high positive review if the owner and manager help fix.
