Hello everyone in La county today I try La Esperanza restaurant breakfast carne azada plate, well let me tell you what I found: This carne azada was so juicy, tasty, delicious, soft as well as the chicken azada, the chorizo, the succulents charbroiled onions together with the refried black beans, chirmol (Guatemalan sauce) and the delicious guacamole and home made tortillas, also the personal service by the owners thank you Danny. This plate I highly recomend to anyone looking for a fantastic place/meal to enjoy anytime, of course all the other food is sooooo delicious.

They have something for everyone. Mojarra frita, pupusa, fried bananas, wet burrito and cheeseburger. Everything tasted fantastic and perfect. I'm so glad we found this place. We'll be back!!!

This place was Cousy and comfy. I ordered combo fajita and pupusas ( with a MUST TRY) comment on the menu. I also ordered to drinks as I will share a photo. My scores: Horichita ( brown drink) : too sweet to drink 2/5 Tamarindo: ( orang drink) : smooth taste 4/5 Fajita: taste good and smelled good 5/5 Pupusas : I didn’t like it! Too oily which felt unhealthy! Maybe others liked it but I didn’t In general nice place and friendly people, maybe I have to try other foods and snacks next time

Good pupusas, all combinations are great, chorizo, spinach, or with beans and rice as side. The coffee ☕ and natural jamaica water is delicious! Enough parking space and great customer service. Definitely good place to have a family meal. Recommended 👍👌!

The popusas, caldo de res and michelada are really good here. The rice is very good and so is the service.

Get the beef empanadas. They were amazing. Everything else was amazing, too. Don’t order the fountain coke, though. It was flat and there was a film on top of it. Order the bottled coke instead.

This restaurant here not only does it have Guatemalan and Salvadoran food it also has a some Mexican dishes. Prices are pretty reasonable, you can either dine inside or to-go. The Guatemalan Tamal was superb 👌, the horchata is made from scratch and it is also very delicious, it is a south American recipe so you will get e corn taste. The popusa revuelta did hit the spot. pretty good size. Keep in mind this is my "personal opinion" and you have to consume the food to evaluate it for yourselves. The service is a bit slow but that may be due to everything being prepared as ordered so it can all be fresh. The only negative thing is that their menus are a simple sheets of paper with back and white images. PLEASE FOLLOW ME ON IG @NOW_WE_GRUB & @PRU_MERINO6 Help me build a community in which it brings us together through food experiences. Thanks all 🧡

This is one of my favorite bakeries here in Torrance. They always have fresh breads, cookies, cakes and of course small loafs of bread known as bolillos. They also have cakes and other pastries on hand. Definitely give them a try when in the area.

I was craving authentic Guatemalan food and thought to try this place again. This time of course due to Covid19 we ate outside, but the server was very nice and attentive. He gave us some recommendations too which were very tasty. I had the atol de elote, which I recommend. The tamal was good, but it needed that flavor that I was expecting to get from a Guatemalan tamal. I enjoyed the black beans with handmade corn tortilla. The chicken pepian was delicious.
