Love the ice cream there usually, I go there whenever I want ice cream. But, this time is was hot as hell during a hot day, they had the heat blasting, it didn't smell good, and my ice cream was served totally melted and tasted disgusting that I didn't even eat it. I was really sad about that and disappointed. Sometimes they take forever to serve you and are on their phones as well. I don't know, it's normally better than this but the service is dying down...:(

The poor employees are sweating in there !!! It’s so hot we came out the house for ice cream only to go into a even more hotter spot please management don’t do it for us but your employees. !!! It cost money but your team needs some AC ..

Well, of course I'm going to give this place a good rating as I'm a regular here (addicted to ice cream) and the employees are always tremendously nice and cheerfully make my extra thick shake exactly the way I like it. The owner is equally kind.
I always try to make it a very pleasant experience for people to help me wherever I go and I believe that goes a long way in ensuring that I get great service everywhere I go.

No customer service all. Get there and the guy is on his phone and doesn’t greet nor did he want to help really. Asked for the cake slicer that I had got at another location before but not here not even a bag for it. During these times you’d think you’d be a little more caring. Also let me note the cake is not as depicted and very sloppy, will not be coming to this location again.

Ice cream was good. I like Baskin Robbins. It's just pretty pricey, but the ice cream is good. I don't go there much anymore because it's expensive.

I always shop at this location and have been very satisfied in the past but this time I went in and got love potion which I absolutely love and they did not weigh it correctly and I feel like I did not get what I paid for and also they have raised their prices but that isn't my concern my concern was I wasn't given what I paid for so when I call that the manager they only offered me a free scoop and to me that doesn't even cover what was missing in the quart that I had bought. It's amazing how people raise their prices and then you get less have the product after they raise the price so needless to say I will not be shopping here anymore I feel like as much money as I give them they could have made up the difference and a scoop just didn't do it. Some people are greedy and so I was very unsatisfied as much money as I spend there. It's a shame maybe I will go to Bruno's instead

I am telling you need to cone to this baskin Robbins. I don't know where else to get the same flavors like this and it is perfect for any day especially summer days. You can come inside and sit in the cool air not stand out in the burning hot sun. And the costumer service is at point! I will DEFINITELY come back here!

This is the best Baskin Robbins in town!
We have been loyal customers to Baskin Robbins for years and I must say we love this location based on quality and taste.
Recently we purchased a Frozen themed ice cream cake and the entire family loved it! The details on the cake were beyond perfect!
Not to mention the taste was impeccable.
This location is highly recommended!
