WILMER Coolest dude in fast food so far. Very polite, goes the extra mile. I forgot to order something so I ask of it was to late to, he said no no it's not and it's OK. So I ordered my darn egg roll I was craving....

No service. Stood at the counter for a minute, but was ignored by the staff. Walked out without ordering. Went to Arby's down the street instead.
Went back 7 months later, no change in service. HORRIBLE!!! Still felt invisible. Seemed like nobody wanted to work there, even the manager.

I used to love Jack in the box, however when I ate here this time definitely not maybe it used to be I ordered a breakfast Jack and two tacos... The tacos were quite greasy and I literally had to ask for more lettuce for the tacos

I ordered few tacos and a chicken sandwich with no mayo. After the lady handled my money she went straight to the refrigerator grabbed a few tacos and threw them in the deep fryer. How sanitary is that? Then I felt she gave me somebody else's tacos because when I opened one not even 1 minute later it was cold like they were sitting out for a while and got my chicken sandwich wrong. She seem more involved in what ever conversation she had going on with the other worker than handling the correct food to the customer. Might have to look for a cleaner place to eat this ruins my jack in the box experience especially this location.
