HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Waited to be seated 40 minutes when there were more than 8 EMPTY tables. My children's food came out (Jr chicken and waffles) first and we got the rest of our food 40 minutes later. Mind you they didn’t even bring my kids syrup for their food. So i asked my waiter when she brought us our food. (By this time their food was already COLD). Couldn’t ask her to bring us syrup before than because she was in the back the whole time!! And thennnnnn… she forgot. Finally got tired of waiting and handed down another waiter. Still had to wait another 20 minutes for the syrup! Service is just horrendous! Also, coffee?? Ha! One cup because no matter how many times i asked none was brought to me!

I was in Topeka for work and one of the last nights I was there, I decided to order from here. I ordered some French toast and a ham and egg sandwich. Everything was really delicious! The gentleman who made my food did a great job and he was very courteous and friendly. If I ever return to Topeka, I will definitely stop by again. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

All I needed to do was pick up a Doordash order. I called because the store was packed inside, the person on the phone was kind and told us they’d bring it right out to us. They never did. We waited outside for 20-30 minutes and I called again to just double check if my order was ready. Got nothing but attitude on the phone. I understand being busy, I get it, but I wasn’t being rude I was just simply checking if my order was ready. They then bring out after another 10 minutes of waiting, the girl who brought it out shoved it through our window, didn’t say a word to us and walked away shaking her head. She also forgot half of my customer’s order. Incredibly unhappy, all customers ask for is good communication. We understand it gets busy all you have to say is “hey, could give us like 25 minutes? we are slammed inside” and i would have never wrote this review. Thanks!

I go to this IHOP many times a month. Rarely do I have any issues with the food and never a problem with the service. On very rare occasions, if I have a problem with the food, even if it is my fault while ordering, they always make it right. My whole family always walk out of the restaurant happy and feeling satisfied. I highly recommend this IHOP.

We ordered breakfast for supper. The meals were nicely prepared and tasty. Ample portions. We were full when we left. I had an omelet, and mywife enjoyed steak and eggs. They do have syrup by the pitcher again, but only one flavor. If you want anything besides regular syrup, you might be out of luck.

We've come here a number of times for cast parties and I always cut some slack considering it's a huge party of people all ordering at once. But this time they were fast and polite and the food was the best I've had from this location. The waitress in the section next to ours handled a rude customer politely. A+

How hard is it to make an omelette I went twice and both times ordered the chicken fajita omelette and both times it was sub par. First one was dine in and after waiting about 30 mins to order (other people seated after us had there orders taken before us) then about another 30-40minutes to get the food I had to send it back. I swear all they did was through it in a microwave and sent it back out to me. The restaurant was not busy at the time. The second time we ordered it to go got it really fast but the chicken fajita omelette had very very little chicken. Highly disappointed
