I ordered the two spicy fish fillets combo mashed potatoes/gravy & slaw. We were politely asked to pull over and kindly wait until our order was ready, everything was freshly cooked

Came here for chicken sandwiches after I signed up on the app, first they didn't have any chicken sandwiches. Second they game me 3 strips to replace the sandwiches. When I took a bite it wasn't hot enough to enjoy and I could tell my chicken was sitting under a lamp. I waisted my money still ate it tho.

I have visited multiple times in the past few months. It has been later in the evening but always between 1hr/45min to close. Everytime they have been out of chicken with no offer to make more. Either make more chicken or close. You used to be my favorite fast food in town. You are quickly becoming the place I tell people to avoid.

This Popeyes is really lacking. Doesn't even compare to Popeyes in the south. Taste be off. I realize we're in Kansas but still gotta actually have chicken to make(don't run outta meat) and have it hot and fresh for customers (not sitting under a heat lamp).

We live in Wichita, and at the Popeyes there, the people are so rude and your order is hardly ever correct. I ordered from this one, extremely friendly and got my order correct. You need to show the Wichita people how it's done!

Horrible customer service. Manager was the worst as she is clearly frustrated and not happy at this job. To be quite frank, the chicken and biscuits is the worst just at this location. Lawrence Popeyes is way better! I can't believe I had to post this. That's how bad it was.

I had my very first ever classic chicken sandwich from this Popeyes and it was soooo delicious beyond what I could even have expected!! Ever element of the sandwich stood out in its own unique way from the tart cool pickles , creamy gourmet tasting mayonnaise to the crunchy flavor packed fried chicken and the bread is sooo very important when it comes to the over all experience they chose right they made sure to use the perfect buns. This was almost 3 years ago when I had my first one and I still remember it I had to re-order two more for later before I left. Ever since then I been hooked!

I finally gave up on this place. Over the past year they are always out of chicken tenders and most sides. Don't waste your time and go to KFC instead.
