Mcdonald's

Will never recommend the McDonald's on Kansas Ave. to anyone and will let my fellow friends and coworkers and everyone else I know not to come to McDonald's in general. The General Manager of this location likes to frequently yell at their employees while customers are in the store and likes to take off while they are busy with customers. I've I've this GM berate, almost get physical with another employee, and has made employees constantly cry on the job. This has to be one of the WORST toxic workplaces I have ever seen and witnessed. I highly suggest HR investigate and fire THIS GM before the actual company loses great employees, customers, and their reputation. This is ridiculous and I hope there is something actually done. Or atleast I get a number so I can officially make a complaint on this General manager. They have ZERO reason to act this way to employees. I am a manager for a company and I would NEVER treat my employees this way. This is very concerning McDonald's. Do better. Especially you HR. I would like to be contacted regarding this issue IMMEDIATELY.

The food is always cold/old. Not fresh! The customer service sucks and they forever have a long line. Have you sitting in line for 10 minutes at least! Workers are rude too. I’ve read the previous reviews and I’ve experienced similar I’d not exact same service today was just the top of the ice berg. I’m NEVER going to give my money to this location again. I will tell all my friends and family not to as well. But then again they already know cause they were with me each and every time.

I have to sit in the outer lane burning up gas continually being told they would be with me shortly. Meanwhile, the inside lane has 3 cars get to place their orders and a 4th car getting ready to place their order and I kept being told they would be with me shortly. With high gas prices and it being hotter than hell, I shouldn't be kept waiting while everyone else is able to order. That's just wrong.

Went through drive through for 1 Frappe and 2 Cheeseburgers with Extra pickles, Extra onions. Frappe was 3/4 full. Cheeseburgers had rock hard buns and missing onions(No big deal) tried to fix order inside, my food was opened and examined by 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES! They then returned the same stale burgers, one half eaten, both in FAR worse shape, with actual piles of onions inside and outside of them. Even the full burger was ripped in half after passing through everyone's hands. And then the manager brought this trash to me as if I'm the one inconveniencing her. Not the first time. I previously had the same manager threaten to call the police on me because I asked for her managers number regarding her refusal to accept my survey coupon on a Frappe/low profit item.

Drive up window greetings are awful, each greeting is unprofessional and NOT welcoming. I naturally have good manners ( it's hard to be rude if the person you're interacting with is polite) so no matter how many yes ma'am, please, and thank yous are given the ENTIRE time I'm ordering all I get got was "yeap, ok, that's it, and pull around"! So I pull to the window to pay and she goes what did u order! After paying I may have waited about five minutes with only one car ahead of me I'm assuming as they waited for there food,and only to get cold fries and half my sandwich between the buns...guess they were in a rush!! (But not really) thumbs down for me.
