This is rhe first time it was gross I think they forgot the coffee I order 2 drinks ans they dent taste like they should had tryed to call no one cpuld gwt threw with thw number provided after a few sips both drinks was thrown away sad i wasted my money wont be coming back

I have mostly had good service at this Starbucks, and the coffee is usually always on point. But today I ordered my usual vanilla cream cold brew with no ice, because I drink 1/2 right away then refrigerate the rest for the next day, and if there is ice it melts and the fat separates and the drink gets watered down, but after paying for my drink, and the drink was handed to me the girl working said, “Just so you know, we’re probably going to have to start charging extra for no ice because it’s almost like you’re getting two drinks for the price of one.” I felt like that was rude. And I have never had a Starbucks anywhere else say that to me. Plus if that becomes a new rule then tell your customers when they order instead of trying to make them feel bad after their order. This is not how you keep your customers!

Way too expensive and not spacious. The coffee is good, but not great. It's usually crowded with people with the same expression on their face...."where is my order?" Chaotic environment causes orders to either get mixed up, or forgotten altogether. $18 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and to medium flavored coffee beverages....so not worth it.

too expensive but on par with other starbucks coffee shops. good friendly efficient service and great expensive coffee! would give higher rating but the price is just too much for my blood. if you are well to do then this is the perfect place to go to for everything coffee!
