When you wait for 15 minutes I'd expect food to be fresh and not look like this. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauces at the speaker or window, no honey or butter for biscuits. Every time I come here it always reminds me why I'd rather drive to west valley for chic-fil-a

There was an older couple who went in thinking that the dining area was open, there was a working sitting at one of the tables it looked like with a couple of friends eating. The older gentlemen was asking about if it was open, and the employee was being rude and very condescending to this older gentleman. There was no need for him to act that way. When I informed one of the other employees about his actions, Nothing was done. I was still sitting in my car when I saw the other employee walk over to the table, and they all laughed. I called to talk to the manager and was told he wasn't available. Shame on this place for treating people so rudely.

WORST experience ever! I have never been treated so poorly! They are the ones who forgot one of my items and I had to remove all the food out of my bag and place it on my seat as proof before the horrible troll at the window would believe me. Once I got home with my food it was ALL made incorrectly. I know there isn't many food options out this way but I would rather starve before eating here again.

Order the big box and got the fill up box with 2 piece of checken , biscuit and half hass mash , no chocolate chips .I even ask for dark meat and got chicken breast .So disappointing especially when you drove all the way home with wrong order .
