Arby's

Location was dirty and there were random things staked places. For example, on the counter, visible and accessible to the public were many trays of turnovers. Food was passed over these trays. This worker moved the trays and counted and sorted money by them. The sauces for our sandwiches were right by these turnovers too. I watched people sneeze and cough, all by the counter, all by these turnovers. We ordered food at this location against my better judgement. The soda machine was dirty and not adjusted for correct syrup/soda combination. The heads leaked and got our hands wet and sticky. The fries were so greasy and hard and were a mixture of two kinds. Made me think someone was too lazy to sort the fries, or clean out old crumbs. I won’t return.

My wife and I came in to order breakfast. 2 Ham and Swiss Croissants, an order of potato cakes, and mac n cheese. When we arrived home we noticed the potato cakes did not get put in the bag. I called and Amber answered. She was courteous and polite and asked me to come back to get those. I arrived and Amber recognized who I was from that morning and she and her team members served me with a smile and great customer service while getting me some potato cakes. :) Superb crew.

I ordered the wings and fries asked for the ones that were not hot opened then took a small taste buried my month throat took 1 hour before it went away. Even the smell was powerful threw them away they were too hot and I asked for not. Sorry but never going to order that again. Think they are just overboard with hotness

They gave us a free meal card for waiting, but we only waited a maximum of 5 minutes. The staff is super nice and they even gave us two extra mozzarella sticks and only charged us for four. Most places will always miss something with your order but we had the receipt, napkins, straws, and the full order with a little extra.

I have had my last shoe-leather sandwich at this location. I can't give the place another chance, because it feels like all I've been doing over the past year is giving this place a chance. I'm not going to blame the franchisee, regional management, or even the local manager. My ire is directed at the people behind the sandwich making counter, taking a higher than minimum wage check and delivering half-behind service for it.
