Tim Hortons

Plain Bagel with cream cheese was not toast. They just threw the hash browns in the bag like a rag dolls like usually comes with wrapper around what some one gets sick from tossing the hash browns just ridiculous. They all have an attitude .the coffee was post to be triple triple with shot vanilla there was no sugar or creamer in it. Just lucky I don’t ask for refund. I’ll just make sure my family and friends don’t come to this location.

Went through drive thru ordered everything was great until I was handed only half of my order and said have a nice day. I informed female that I what missing and she stood staring at me. I repeated and she replied with a major attitude and had unprofessional facial expressions then stormed off. Could not believe her behavior. A male approached with an item missing I told him about her attitude and behavior he told me there was nothing he could do. She came back threw the rest of my order at me with even more attitude. Being that I worked in the same industry as they are now for several years I would have been fired or seriously repremanded for such lack of professionalism. The manager obviously needs to work on this and how to handle a situation or correct there mistakes. Absolutely horrible service and attitude. Management needs to get to work.

Girl taking orders in the AM was so EXTREMELY rude I was beside myself. I’ve never written a review until today and I can easily say this is the worst location I’ve ever been to in terms of staff friendliness. Corrected my drink because it was wrong on the screen and the girl taking my order talked to me in such a condescending manner I almost drove away. The lady at the window was no better and then I overheard the girl who took my order being rude over the headset to the car behind me. I’ve just never seen people so bitter in my life. They also proceeded to tell me that coupons “don’t always work” with an attitude when I asked why it didn’t come off the receipt. Not too sure how that works.

Went to this location and ordered a vanilla cream cold brew, when I received it at the window it looked nothing like a cold brew I pulled around and walked in and asked what they gave me and the male employe at the counter said a cold brew. I explained to him that it was not, and with an attitude he made another, again wrong. I asked for the manager and explained to her it was wrong. She made me one and again wrong. I then drove down the street to the next tim hortons and ordered one and it was perfect. I returned back to this tim hortons and showed them the proper way it should be and request my money back. Staff here is rude and dont know how to properly make there drinks. I WILL NOT BE RETUNING HERE !!

1. They won't let you split the Bieber bits with and non Bieber bits in a 10 pack. 2. I went inside because the drive-thru line was long. There is no customers at the counter. Four employees were waiting on the drive-thru lane. I was told that it would be one minute. I waited over 5 minutes. The whole line cleared out why I stood there like a chump. Ridiculous customer service.
