My husband was just at this location and the manager was no where around to make a complaint. He had order 4 sausage mcmuffins to go but had a time doing it. Everyone was I thier phones and no one paid any attention to the customer s. It was like they could care less. So I want to s say to McDonald's pay attention to people they pay your wages.

This McDonald's is literally the question. You wait in line for entirely too long I waited 25 min for just an iced coffee. No one is ever there in the morning to take your order all they do is hover in the corner and talk. I just go to this McDonald's on Sunday because I take a different way to work that day. This McDonald's needs to close down or find new people. We're going on the 5th Sunday now if this ridiculous service. It's a FAST food restaurant. I rate this 0 stars

You guys need a walk up window or to open the lobby at night, I just sat in the drivethru for over an hr

After spending over an hr in the drivethru I’m told my order was not received and that it’s not a big deal and to just go thru the drivethru again because their drivethru is on a timer. Total incompetence

There hasn't been a time when I went through the drive thru that they don't make me pull up and wait 5-10 mins for my food. It's only this location that this happens.

This place was horrible the manger and staff was super rude. I never dealt with such disrespect before , never coming back again . Then they took so long. Place should be called McFuck Up instead

Stopped at this McDonald's, because it was on the way home. Ordered my food, got a bag of food drove home. Got home, realized I'd received someone else's order, and drove back to same McDonald's. It's been about 30 minutes now. Told the speaker person I was here a little bit ago, and got the wrong order. She says pull up to the window. When I get there, girl at the window says "You had the (whatever, wrong item)?"
"No, I had (told her my order)." She puts the order in and says "ok $22.80" I'm like no, I already paid for food I didn't get. She's like "You were here before?" Then catches an attitude and slams the window shut, acting like it's my fault she misunderstood me. Manager comes over, asks me what I ordered, and when. So I tell her. Then pull up to the next window. Girl at the window hands me someone else's food. So I tell her it's not mine, and give it back. She asks what I ordered. I tell her. A few minutes later, the manager pops her head out the window, to confirm my order again. I tell her again. She says ok, pull up to the curbside spot. It's been another good 15 minutes by now. So I sit and wait for my food for another 5 minutes, and she brings me a bag of food. I look in the bag, looks like the right sandwiches, so I drive home again. Get home, open my food, and I'll be damned if it's not the original sandwiches I ordered an hour ago, which had been sitting since I ordered them, and they microwaved all of them, flipped the wrappers inside out, and tossed them in my bag like they were new. Food terrible. Service terrible. I should have just gone to Wendy's.
