Tim Hortons

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. the girl at the drive through window- short, dirty blonde hair-twistee in a clip or pony tail, w/glasses decided talking down to customers rather than be nice and educate. I asked a SIMPLE question and she responded with a poor attitude and attempted to make me feel inferior. I don't work at tim hortons- I do not know the menu 100%. If I ask a question it should be met with a nice response and kind education, not attitude, a neck and eye roll. Had it not been for my son being hungry I would have left. I asked to speak to a manager to inform him of his staffs behavior and lack of customer service skills but unfortunately he was "busy". No attempt was made at getting him. I will a life this location in the future. Her poor attitude is not worth my time.

I have been frequently visiting this tim hortons for almost 4 years, the staff is always friendly hence the 3 stars but the amount of time you wait either in the drive thru line or inside is just unacceptable. I generally wait 20 to 25 minutes in the drive thru line each time I go, I am not sure if it is a shortage of employees or just not proper staffing at peak times but they could definitely improve and that department. This location is always busy, and to be honest I often drive farther so I don't have to wait as long

This Timmy's is ok.... I'd guess about 80% of the time they mess up your order (+ generally speaking, I get a black coffee w a full scoop of ice). I've also had to explain to the staff that you can, in fact, buy 12 (or any odd number that isn't marked on the timbit boxes) of timbits - they legit argued w me + told me I can only buy 10 or 20 🙄 They get 3 stars bc the location is super convenient for me.
