Ordered pizza w/ extra sauces, they forgot the sauce. Called and was transferred to the manager. He was so kind and offered a credit for my next order considering I live a small bit away, and did not want to drive back.
Pizza was still delicious. But all in all so happy with the kindness unlike just pizza on grand island. We will for sure be ordering again probably next week!

We ordered pizza and subs last night , our order got here fast and everything was hot & fresh. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we wanted chicken wings but they were just priced to high. Realizing though that's not really their fault we did the sub & pizza to save a few bucks. Delicious!

Franco’s is always spot-on with my order! The food is always hot and delicious. Fantastic pizza and the garlic parmesan wings are my FAVORITE!! Staff is so friendly on the phone and when encountered in person for pickup. Thank you Franco’s for being my go-to pizza place!!

Just had the bacon double cheeseburger pizza from the Delaware St location. Best pizza ever! This will take care of any craving for a cheeseburger! Will definitely order again

Delicious. Easy to order online now and pick up in store. It was busy in there but they were still quite fast at retrieving my order. Food was amazing as always.

I love Franco’s! They have great food and friendly service. I live close enough to walk to one of their locations and this has been fantastic for me and my husband!

Pizza and wings are always hot and delicious. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I am disappointed that they no longer offer pineapple as a topping.

I love Franco’s regular crust pizza. BUT this time I ordered a thin crust pizza and it was horrible. It was burnt crust and burnt pepperoni. I’ll stick with their regular from now on.
