Buffalo Wild Wings

Exceptional barmaid. But, I’m not here for that. I’m rating the bathroom sink. The counter was very clean for 3 in the afternoon. Only problem was the faucet. It doesn’t go far enough into the middle of the sink. So, when washing your hands a lot of water gets all over the counter and around the faucet base.

We went here for Monday night football. Ordered 20 wings and 4 sauce flavors. We received dry wings barely any sauce and all on one try so trying to decide what was what was impossible. We asked the waiter for additional sauce and he kindly brought out the containers. Terrible experience. They advertise the various sauces but didn’t sauce the chicken.

Wings are good (usually... see my edit) but ordering is really bad. I placed a pickup order at 5 and it said it wouldn't be ready until 6:30. That's a pretty long time but I didn't really care. I showed up at 6:45 and rushed in hoping my food wouldn't be cold but I was told it would be "2-3 minutes". I stood at the counter for 30 minutes, until the lady who originally told me that asked *again* if I'd like a table or if I'm there for a pickup order. I gave her my name again, and she picks up my order from under the counter. I suspect it had been sitting there the entire time because I never saw anyone bring any food out for anyone the whole time. Not sure what the lady was smoking but she totally forgot what a customer who never left the front counter was even doing there. EDIT: After all that time I drove 15 minutes back home only to find out that the boneless wings I ordered were regular bone-in wings. What a way to cap off a 3-hour waste of time. I called and they remade them for me but I will absolutely not be returning and hopefully this will prevent others from going back as well.

Great wings and atomosphere! Michelle, one of the bartenders is an absolute joy. Always smiling and pleasant attitude, I typically come here after work with family. But few times I’ve come during work, on my lunch break Michelle can recall my face & where I like to sit! Surprised she didn’t know the order! Great customer service!

The people up front were rude… and honestly shouldn’t be in a customer service position. It’s a terrible job, but the girl answering the phones and the front manager were really dismissive. They couldn’t make eye contact, walked away from me when I inquired about a reservation, and overall had abhorrent soft skills. Having worked in a retail job… I know how terrible it can be… but holy moly… it was terrible customer service. That being said, the waitress we had was amazing. She’s the reason Buffalo Wild Wings still gets business and should honestly be given a higher wage. She had the patience of a saint. She really tried her best while there were only two waitresses working… while the other two up front weren’t even seen the entire night. Overall, whoever served us on May 21st for a party of 12 is a rockstar and deserves better!
