Walked in to have lunch on Tuesday and didn't have a mask. Was asked about it after my order was taken. Told employe I didn't have one and she stopped my order got the manager on duty and was told I would have to leave. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing one. She said get out or she will call the cops. All this while the manager mask was resting on her chin. Never had a problem at any other Tims

Last time I came here I asked for no ice in my sweet tea so they wouldn't fill it up all the way which is crazy cuz I've worked at 3 different Tim's and have never heard of that. But they redeemed themselves. My iced coffee today is amazing! It's very clean in there and the girl who took my order was extremely nice and everything was great!! Very pleased.

OMG Granted I felt bad because clearly they are understaffed... They were out of so many things, talking about wanting to punch the customers, saying how much they hate it there.... This older lady and younger girl.
I'm sorry but you don't say these things for customers to hear... Get them out then complain...

I love this store! All I can request is you guys make SURE you train the new employees to only use a drop of the unsweetened flavors! Instead of a squirt of it it makes the coffee wayyy too strong! I understand though how things like this can be misunderstood it’s a common mistake

Delicious food even being close to closing time and Jane was absolutely wonderful waiting on my wife and I. 10 stars for her and a delightful experience!

The coffee was great! The breakfast sandwich was just o.k. Filling and hot, but I just didn't care for the Steamed sausage patty. Sausage should be browned. The English muffin was barely toasted. But they did make it in record time. I would have waited a bit longer for a toasty, crispy, browned sandwich instead of the soggy, wet one I got. The Tim Bits, doughnut holes, were good. Not great. But good. Coffee saves the day though!

Don't let them tell you that the cold foam is not cream. I go there all the time bc it is close to my house and everyone knows Tim's coffee is the best coffee. So when order black cold brew it never comes with white stuff on it. Also, it took two verifying questions about whether we were sure we didn't ask for cream and then the lie happened. Twenty seconds of swirling and my black coffee is now the color of a very pale person who just came back from Cancun. Try not to lie to your customers next time 🙂
