Love this location! Been coming here since we signed up for their Unlimited Sip Club :) Best deal there is for the yummy coffee and their Charged Lemonades! (My Favorite is the Mango Yuzu Citrus) Especially Kathy at this Panera is always super sweet & welcoming when we order through the drive thru! Thanks for the delicious goodies guys ☕️

My wife had a birthday free desert that they forgot to put in the bag on our last visit, stuff happens I’m not mad just disappointed, so I asked to speak to the manager on duty and without hesitation he immediately grabbed the dessert she wanted and threw it in our bag. I know that the right thing to do in customer service is to give that particular item to the customer but the fact that he didn’t hesitate and did it right away without asking for any kind of story or deciding to make up on his own whether or not he believe the story or not, he did what he was supposed to do and that’s the sign of somebody that truly knows what to do for their customers. I have never had an issue except for that and it was dealt with very professionally quickly and with the greatest result that you could possibly have. I will continue to come to this location till I have a bad experience! And it looks like I’ll be coming for years!
