Jersey Mike's Subs

First time here. Staff was very helpful. Explained the breads. Grandson got chicken cheesesteak it was excellent he said. I love tuna asked if it was albacore, she said mix and let me sample. It was marvelous. I got a tuna sub with lettuce,tomatoes,onions, and banana peppers. That was an absolutely delicious 200%. Will be traveling to timonium to get subs from now on. Thank you for a great sub and your excellent customer service skills.

just going to copy what another customer posted and add that we weren’t greeted nor was my wife’s order correct … 100% done patronizing such a sloppy location as the employees simply don’t care “This place has gone downhill significantly. I've been coming here once a week for over a year. The service used to be very good. It's now garbage. The employees are unacceptably slow and they make the sandwiches out of order (people who order later are given priority over those who order sooner). It's a shame what this place has become.”

As I walked up to the store I could hear the music from outside. I walked in and I thought I was at a concert EXTREMELY LOUD music to were the music actually was distorted. No other customer was there. They were dancing together behind the counter. They did greet me. But when it came to making the subs um well let’s say this they threw it together while dancing still it was a WRECK. This used to be a better managed shop this location has tanked. Don’t think I’ll be back as my ears rang after leaving this place and the sub fell apart and was terrible.

Pleasantly surprised by a 'chain' sub shop. Bread is good, not too hard, not too soft. Quality of the ingredients is also very good and freshly cooked. Meat isn't microwaved like other chain shops. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. App works well for ordering ahead. Only concern is the price. It's $$$. Local mom and pop sub shops are equal in quality and cheaper.
