This place has come along way since I worked here, over 20 years ago, but they still have their same famous nonfat vegetable soup, which might sound boring, but it’s actually not. It was actually my favorite thing to make when I worked there, because I was vegetarian at the time. Now I’m vegan, and the options are much better. This is my first time back in over 20 years, and now they’ve got a gorgeous outdoor space also. Unfortunately I wound up there in the middle of a toddler birthday party, but that’s the luck of the draw. Tiny bit pricey, but I’m not mad about it.

My husband and I have enjoyed supporting this place since we were dating! For us the drive is not short but it is worth it for the very best breakfast and lunch in the area! The staff is warm and knowledgeable, the atmosphere casual and comfortable and the food is impeccable. Everything is made and ingredients selected with such care, down to the tea selection. Lastly, I rarely leave without taking something from the bakery, delectable!

My husband and I stopped in this morning for the first time while visiting the area. I have to say they deserve a 5 star rating. The huge biscuits were the best I have ever had, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Same for the French baguette. The breakfast sandwich made with the biscuit was very generous, delicious, made to order. The coffee was hot and fresh. In my opinion, the food, although not inexpensive was worth the price based on size, quality, atmosphere and service. The owner treated us as if we were patrons. I am a foodie, cook,/+bake frequently and have travelled extensively for my business. For those who appreciate fine food, this is the place! It is nice to see an owner take so much pride in their business.

I was in the area and looking for a good place to eat and they had great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Western omelette meal for breakfast. The omelette was good but the potatoes were old and cold and the toast was hard. I don’t mind paying $20 dollars for breakfast when the food is good; This meal was not worth what I paid. I will be back in the area in two weeks however I will not be selecting this place to have breakfast or anything else.

Came here for the non chain experience, but certainly not the best food for price place. Red flags caught my eye when I noticed trash bags by the grill in one of the kitchen areas in plain view of the public. Had ordered a lemonade and the glass had sticky dried ketchup I assume on the outside and we had already taken some sips from it. Had them replace the drink. Their Ella sandwich was ok, not a fan of the upside down toasted slice. The chicken satay wrap was more non fresh fillers than chicken. The iced coffee my SO ordered had a funky taste, not sure if the ice machine was unclean or their coffee/sweetener was not fresh. Also, $10 for a simple grilled cheese? Spent over $50, didn’t feel like we got what we paid. Just go to Joey Chins that is next door.

I love the customer service and people, however the food is not worth the cost AT ALL.. I use to love it here but I find they are giving lil to no meat. The Quesadilla was the worst I ever had I thought maybe it came with green peppers and onions it was nothing but she’s two pieces of meat all cheese. TO EXPENSIVE for such lil food. It was four pieces one had no meat and the rest had two. SO DISAPPOINTED

Fantastic service and wonderful food. The turkey powerhouse sandwich is really good, esp the feta and spinach focaccia. My wife had the yogurt with their homemade honey Granola. We will be back for sure to explore more of the menu. Great stuff guys
