Chick-fil-a

I work at this company, but not this building so maybe my standards are higher. The people were very friendly and cooperative, with our big orders. And it came out around 5 minutes, however they forgot no ice on my drink and extra salt for my meal, so I was upset about that. Other than that great experience and if you haven't been to Chick-fil-A I highly suggest going here.

The service is usually perfect except for today there were no fries or straw and I already went back to work by then. The receipts ink doesn't fully print so I can't use codes to get free sandwiches and I don't have good reception in the area so I can't use their app to order food. Customer service has been great I'm just not getting the discounts that I could.

Chick-fil-A used to be our family favorite for fast food. A little expensive but the flavor was always good so this was a treat for us all. But the recently the portion sizes seem smaller while prices slowly go up. Today I hit the drive through on my way to work and got the chicken tortilla soup. It was $5 but I had the craving. Got to work and looked in the bag, see picture below, I got a double shot size of soup. Seriously, for $5, I would expect more than 3 bites. With the long lines both inside and out, I'm done. Service is always polite and friendly, just not worth the price anymore when serving sizes have gone down. Even the chicken strips are minis, wish I had taken a picture of those as well.
