First class service , friendly staff, excellent cooks . Waitress asked how I would like my steak cooked . I responded STRAWBERRY BLONDE ,she questioned you mean medium rare? I explained that in this great country many places would consider my request well done. Please tell the cook strawberry blonde . The result was a little bit of heaven .I bet his wife is a Strawberry Blonde . I will eat here every chance I get
This diner is my absolute favorite place to go to in the area. Me and my son go for breakfast every other weekend when I have him. Breakfast buffet is great and they have the best breakfast food around. Great burgers and wings. The fish and chips platter is always my go-to dinner platter, delicious. This is also only the second place I've found that can make really, really good liver and onions. If you're a fan of liver, order it when you go. Trust me, you won't be disappointed
We took my grandmother, it was her 1st time dining here and she LOVED it!!! She also loved the deco and the staff was friendly & efficient. All our food was GREAT! We will definitely be returning and I'm hoping to have room for dessert lol 😆
When we travel northeast for club lacrosse with our son, we like to hit local diners, simply because we don’t have them in Ohio. Though it reminded me of a neon-clad Denny’s, HDD had excellent food, numerous selections and helpful staff. We came back the next day on Saturday for their weekend brunch buffet, which was excellent! 5 stars!
I never have any complaints when eating here. Their French fries are AMAZING! The food comes, it fills my belly and I never get a photo op of my plate. That says something. One of my favorite diners.
They have a all you can eat breakfast bar which is awesome. I had a steak salad cook to medium rare just like I like it. Service was excellent and didn't have to wait long to be seated.
