Wendy's

So, the restaurant looks nice on the outside. It was just recently "refreshed". Which makes it hilarious that the drive thru speaker doesn't work😂. So you have to order at the window. This may be a temporary thing. But for now, don't be surprised if all your food is only semi-warm, like ours was. A waste of money. Old fries, nothing good.

Had two separate orders first was perfect, second is where we had an issue. Ordered a double cheese burger without ketchup and mustard and to make sure there was mayonnaise. Received a burger with mustard no mayonnaise. Went back through the drive through and was greeted by a nice cashier, a lady came to help him and was EXTREMELY rude, asked to make sure there was extra mayonnaise, the lady then turned her back on us and walked away, came back within a few minutes gave us the burger and rudely said “Extra Mayonnaise”. We left and just got home, and noticed we received a burger SOAKING in mayonnaise. Will NOT be eating at this specific location again.

If I could leave half a star I would. I'm not sure what they had going on when I came inside to order instead of using the drive thru. It took 25/30 minutes for my order to be taken due to a new employee working the inside truly on her own while other's are busy with the food prep. Not only does there manager (white short/heavyset male) walk up to ask this poor girl what hours she can work, but walks up a numerous of times and not once does he offer to help her out. I just feel like they shouldn't allow new employees ( anyone for that matter)to run the register and work the dining room alone. Horrible experience

They usually have coffee in the afternoon and evening. I'm a night shift nurse, and I drive long trips to see family in other states. For some reason, no one sells coffee after 4 or 5 pm. ???! Night shift nurses can't get coffee at McD's, or Taco Bell. Some are honest they just aren't making it. But usually they lie and tell you their machine is down. But Wendy's has coffee. The line isn't usually slow. We've all done "forever" lines since COVID... Not enough help. This Wendy's seems to be faring better for help. We like this Wendy's when it's a Wendy's kind of day.
