This review is specifically for their new sous vide WAGYU burger (yes it has come to this). I haven't been to Arby's in a couple of years (not that there is anything wrong with it/just not convenient to where I live). But I am out waiting on a family member at an appointment and up pops a news feed that tells me that Arby's has an item they have never offered and it is available starting today for a limited time. So me being the grubber that I am had to click on the click bait. Turns out it is a burger. Big deal....but I keep reading and it is a Japanese Wagyu burger prepared sous vide. For those wondering I will encourage you to research now. I have friends that swear by it and say burgers and steaks are never quite the same once you go sous vide. At that exact moment I find myself near an Arby's so I dive in to the drive thru line. The good: this is a hefty burger and thick and pink on the inside (the way a good burger should be in my humble opinion). Bun is nice. Toppings (shredded lettuce, tomato, slivers of red onion and pickles) are decent. The bad: This burger was COLD. We both got one and pulled straight to the adjoining parking lot so we ate within one minute of being given the bag. The meat itself is fantastic. This is a quality patty. Big, thick and rounded. Like a burger at home. The sauce could be thicker so this thiness makes for one messy burger and there were no napkins in the bag! They asked if we wanted sauces which I declined but napkins should be a given on every drive thru order?!?!?! So in review..... kudos to Arby's for trying something new and trying a cooking style way, way, way outside the fast food realm. But the presentation/delivery was not there. But for this price point I will not be trying this again. Today was the first day for this new offering so maybe it's a learning curve. If said burger had been hot I truly think it would've been mind-blowing (for a fast food burger). The Jamocha shake my dining partner got was OUTSTANDING!!!

We got the 2 for $6 Fish & Roast Beef with crinkle cut fries. Everything was great especially the crinkle cut fries. They were fried up perfectly, not overdone and seasoned perfectly. Great service & great food. Keep up the good job at Arby's in Thomasville, NC.

I'd give no stars. Went to drive thru, 2 cars ahead of me. Waited. Waited. Car in front of me left, then car at kiosk left. Come to look closer - one car in parking lot. No one was working! Mind you this was 12:30 pm on a Sunday. How awful.

I went thru this drive-thru line with my daughter on Thursday 3/3 about 3:15 in the afternoon. She was on lunch from her nearby job. The line moved fast and the guy on the speaker and window was the nicest person I have ever dealt with. I tried to get his name off of my receipt but it just said order taker. Our food was perfect and all in the bag. This guy whoever he may be is a godsend to fast food. As long as he is on the window I do not mind going. But I have never had any problems with this Arby's but he went above and beyond .

Kind and friendly staff the guys at night all seem to enjoy working together. Fun to see them picking on each other. Delicious and hot fries even at 930 at night.

It's 11:22 am decided eat lunch at Arby's went in and the lady looked at us several times and then asked how we got in the restaurant and we said well the door is unlocked... several ppl working and she tells us she thinks the dining area is closed🤔😕!!! So instead of taking our order since we was already standing at the counter she walks around trying to figure out if the dine in was opened!!! Um ok ..so we left no need for us to stand around while they figure it out!!

I don't feel qualified to give an opinion because I only go through drive-thru maybe once a month! When I do, service is fast, food is hot, fresh and seems like Bigger sandwich than at the ones at the coast. This Arby's is probably one of THE ONLY drive-thru intercoms that you can ACTUALLY communicate with in Thomasville! The staff has Always been pleasant and courteous! LOVE those curly fries!! Wouldn't change a thing, Except, Bring Back 5 for 5$.. Lol.

We choose Arby's about once a month, just because it's something different than burgers and chicken nuggets! As with everything, prices are higher than I recall them being in the past. At one time, you could get five regular roast beef sandwiches for around $6.95. Now, a regular roast beef sandwich meal with a drink and curly fry is around $7.50. We all tend to choose something different, and this is a great option for variety as well! My husband likes the beef N,' cheddar, as well as the carved turkey sandwich. My son usually orders the classic roast beef or a salad. My daughter likes the mozzarella sticks and curly fries. They offer a decent amount of healthier menu items as wel.all like the j'mocha shake! Other than it costing our family of four nearly $40 for one meal, there always being an item or items missing, and the lack of condiments when requested and/or napkins in the bag...it is okay for a drive thru meal as means to have something different. When there are items missing, the staff at this location is always happy to provide hot & fresh items and typically give extra as a consultation gesture!
