Taco Bell

I ordered my food in the kiosk and after waiting 30 minutes I never received my order. When I asked to cancel it they were very nonchalant no one ever apologized or tried to make the situation better. I did call the corporate office to report this as well I was offered a 5 dollar off coupon. Needless to say I was not pleased. I really hope the service improves.

The older lady at the drive thru is very rude to customers & staff. I asked for a certain drink, but she wanted to give me what she wanted me to have. I specifically told her I did not want it. She proceeds to tell me why I should take it. She then very rude & just nasty sends her Manager to the window to do what she should have done. Had respect & honored what I wanted to order. But the young Manager rectified the problem like a true professional. Get rid of these nasty, rude and unprofessional people. If they don't want to work let them stay home. They don't belong in the workplace!

We placed our order on line but decided to go in to get it since the drive thru was wrapped around the building. When I was inside there was not anyone at the front counter to wait on customers. I had to stand there and wait for one of the workers in the kitchen to notice and acknowledge me to ask for my food. The girl didn't know how to look it up in their computer so I had to go back to my vehicle and get my phone to bring it in and get my order filled. Other people came in to pick up also and had the same issue I did. I waited about 20 minutes even though my order was sent in ahead of time. Pitiful!

All in all it was a pretty decent experience. The food was hot and tasty. I love coming to Taco Bell cause it is a neutral fast food joint for us vegan and vegetarians. We didn't have any problems during our visit, the cashier wasn't super friendly, but I definitely would not say she was rude; more neutral than anything. The bathroom was clean and the soda fountain was fully stocked and ready for business. 5/5
