Hardee’s Hardee’sHardee’s…..Yall really disappointed me this time. I just got off work, so I didn’t feel like cooking. So, I decided to stop by Hardee’s and grab my kids and I some to eat. Big mistake I ever made. I had to wait at least 15 minutes on my food. When I got my food the fries was hot and the young girl who worked the register today was very polite when she handed me my food. If I knew how my food looked before I drove 20 minutes away headed home I would have turned around. All the sandwiches looked like they had flour dough on them. The sandwiches was made up and wrapped up so sloppy. I’m sorry but not sorry Hardee’s I will not be coming back for while. Totally disappointed and still hungry.

DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE!!!!! Manager told me directly. They do not start delivery orders until the driver arrives. This is against the terms of service with DoorDash. You will be waiting over 20 minutes for any order to be made. This causes over an hour wait time for the customer to get their food. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Bought 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits this morning and as I am driving off I notice they were not hot so I looked at them and they were old, the cheese was no loner fresh, the bread was old and the sausage was old so I went back and ask for fresh one, they took them back put fresh eggs and cheese on the same bread and gave them back to me, if I wasn't late for work I would have took them back. That was poor customer service at its finest

Used to be my favorite restaurant in town...used to be. Last order of chicken tenders was cooked in nasty old grease was so disgusting had to trash. Then Saturday I send my husband and son to drive thru, it was 4pm. No customers...my husband orders 6 burgers, 3 fries, 3 drinks. $47. the attitude at the window instructs him to pull forward to wait (20min) then brings out a bag with 2 burgers and nothing else. My husband says this is not my order, Mrs. Attitude argues with him, he of course shows her receipt and I Kid you not she says what's the big deal its only a few burgers and fries.?! Needless to say he had to make them give him the proper order. The problem is apparently Hardee's no longer hires quality employees nor keeps a clean kitchen. The health department should investigate promptly. We will NEVER return.

Went there this morning and ordered my wife the omelet biscuit and the biscuit only had egg and cheese on it not a piece of meat. Tried calling the Thomasville, GA location for about 20 minutes and no one would answer the phone. So I decided to just go up there and the employee I had to deal with was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. They wouldn't even give me a refund and I had the biscuit in the bag to show them. They need new employees, because they have lost my business until they do something. If I could give no stars I would.

Go here pretty often to pick up for door dash and it seems like they pick and choose when they want to let you inside and when they want you to go through the drive thru. It takes time to park and go inside which are the instructions on the app. But then they tell you to go through the drive thru. So the next time to save time I just wait in the drive thru line only to be told I have to come inside and pick up?!?! I’ve already wasted 15 minutes in your line that you told me to go through the last time. I understand the shortage of people who want to work… but at least be consistent for your patrons! Very frustrating.

It's been multiple times the last 2 months or so I've gone through the drive thru after work around 9:30ish. The restaurant doesn't close till 11 and I'll usually see 1 or 2 people in the lobby straighten up for the night and I'll sit in that drive thru for a good 10-20 minutes before someone will come onto the intercom with "we're no longer serving right now" and that's it. If the store doesn't close for another hour then why are their associates in the store "working" but no one is actually working?
