I LOVE Sonny's but last night I ordered the Baby Back Rib Dinner for Curbside Pickup and I drove over 30 miles to home and was so disappointed that the ribs were so tough! I had trouble cutting them and eating them. THAT is not the norm with Sonny's! I plan on letting them know what happened. That's 20 bucks I spent! It's 4 days later and I got a redo on my meal. The ribs were awesome 😍 and Debbie made everything right! Thanks!
Such an amazing experience! Best Sonny's I've been to in a long long time. The food was wonderful, the waiter was attentive and he even had a thought-provoking joke for us. Seriously would travel to this one just for that.
Good food, and great customer service!!!
