Me and Apollo checking out Wataburger in Thomasville. I got the single bacon and cheese Whataburger with a coke and fries, and tried the Dr Pepper shake. (Now that was tasty) Apollo got the plan burger party and 1/2 cup of large water (his nose fit perfect). And we chowed down and went home. We saw Tow Mater on the way home in Morven.

We have eaten at this location before and it was good. This time our burgers and fries were cold. Even though it was a slow day the staff were all in the kitchen talking and giggling. No one at the front counter. We were at 2pm on Monday.. we were pretty disappointed.

Generally, I'd give 5 stars, but pulling in the other night, the drive thru line was all the way to the road. I got in line, thinking it would go pretty quick, like they used to and since the inside dining area was not open. It was extremely slow, I was in line for almost 40 minutes before I got to the order spot. Food was excellent, nice and hot, so not sure what the inside issue was, short staffed etc.... I'll go again, hopefully they will have the issue corrected.

Great place to eat but we visited around 10 pm and the line for the drive thru was all the way out in the street and 4 or 5 employees were getting off work and leaving while they were extremely busy . Usually in a retail environment your time you get off depends greatly on business needs. It makes no sense to let employees go when the line is backed up and cars are leaving because they're not willing to wait an hour in line.

There's a reason for the consistent line of customers at the Thomasville, GA Whataburger! Of course the best burgers, but also the hospitable staff and clean restaurant!! I can review the Patty Melt w/5***** as well!

We don't have one in our hometown, so ordered when visiting family in Thomasville, ga (Cairo). Ordered through the website. Sat outside after letting them know we were there. After going in about 10 mins after it was supposed to be ready they acted like they didn't know about the order. Did finally get our food, after about a 20 min wait. Food was ok, just the service was not

Bruh. Drove all the way out here, about a 40 - 50 minute drive just for the building to be in construction. It's 3 stars because I'm not going to give it a one, plus I heard it's good. This is entirely Google Maps' fault for taking me to a location that was still in construction. I'll try when it's actually, y'know, built.
