Chili's

It took awhile before we were even acknowledged/seated. We were there for an hour before we even received our food and we ordered 2 burgers! There were only a few tables, not busy at all! Below was the avocado on my burger. What a joke. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because our waitress was amazing!

I never think to take a pic of my food 🤦🏽‍♀️ but those mini burgers are so delicious… even reheated for breakfast the next morning ! Went dine in last night( Thibodaux) . They were short staffed but still get 5 stars from me ! Food is delicious and friendly workers Update: my daughter and I “dined in” at the Houma location. Just had opened and wasn’t busy , they managed to forget my salad and desert. 🤨 I was only served my entree and had to ask for the rest of my order . It happens I suppose…. Drinks & food were delicious

My friend wanted to eat here so we decided to order the two for $25. It was a lot of food! We ordered the loaded fries, a rib and steak dinner, and the skillet chocolate chip cookie. I enjoyed my steak; it was cooked how I like it. However, I was disappointed with the asparagus I ordered. They didn't snap off the inedible woody ends off the asparagus which is cooking 101. Other than that we enjoyed our meal, and we had a really nice waitress.

We were ignored upon arrival to the restaurant. I asked the couple that had been in sometime before me if they were even greeted and was told no one acknowledged them. I was told that they were doing a shift change. I was always taught that a greeting cost you nothing. I would have been satisfied with the wait had we been greeted at least. This restaurant really needs to do better.

No pictures this time. I had ordered the crispy chicken sandwich it was Just okay. For the price I could have had a much better Chicken sandwich elsewhere.My fries came out a little bit cold, But there were 3 others in my party so they were probably trying to serve everything at the same time. The staff was friendly and the wait wasn't very long. But my food is more compared to fast food than a sit down restaurant. Maybe order something else. Maybe one of these times I might actually try the chili from chili's but I heard it's not really that good.

We went here wanting to sit in the bar area. First we stood for 5 minutes and nobody said anything to us. Finally the hostess came to the front & told us it would be a 15 minute wait because they needed to clean off tables. She asked if we still wanted to wait? The hostess then disappeared again & came out 15 minutes later— tables still not clean— to tell everyone waiting that the kitchen was an hour behind. The restaurant was not even half full. I have worked in the food service industry before and appalled and how this place is managed.
