Smashburger

I cannot imagine giving this Smashburger any less than five stars. We have been going here about a year, and we have never had any problems or disappointments. The food is always excellent and cooked-to-order, served quickly and courteously by every employee we have met. I don't know why people complain about the price. If you get one of the combo meals, it is no more expensive than McDonald's and beats McDonald's hands down for taste, quality and ingredients. Everyone must know by now that Smashburger puts out regular and excellent coupons. If you use their specials and their coupons, the price to eat burgers at Smashburger is far less than any fast food restaurant and is excellent quality in every way... their Angus beef is superb. We regularly receive many coupons including buy one get one offers. We rarely go to Smashburger without a coupon. Some people who are complaining about the price must just go in there, order anything without looking at the prices and then complaining that it might be high AFTER they order. If you want to get a good deal you've got to read the menu and figure out how to order, get the specials, and bring those coupons. It's really quite simple! We're going for lunch tomorrow and we will both eat a large meal for under $10 total. We find Smashburger to always be a great deal. Love them!

This is a must try! The service was excellent and the food matches. The sandwiches were cooked just right and the ingredients were fresh. I tried the southwest salad and really enjoyed it. They have some fun sides such as sweet potatoe fries and grilled Brussel sprouts. We have tried other locations and not been impressed. Give this location a try you will see the quality is better than others.

Burgers and fries were good. Fresh, hot, served quickly and employees were courteous. However, this particular location is NOT like other Smash Burger locations in the area (Frisco/Plano). The burgers (most significantly the meat patties) are not like what we were used to. Fries different as well. Not sure what's up with it, but I prefer the others over this one. Not bad though, just.....meh.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 sides of brussel sprouts online to go. I was the only customer when I arrived to pick up the order, and there was no cashier or staff in the front of the restaurant. Aside from the young man preparing our meal in the kitchen, the other staff could be seen in the back playing on their phones. The burger was great tasting (though missing the second patty that was ordered), but the chicken was not edible. The brussel sprouts were delicious, and it’s great to see that non-fry, lower-carb option on their menu. I called when I got home to let them know that my burger was missing a patty and was told I could come back to pick it up but that nothing could be done over the phone. As I had already driven there and back, I declined the option to return. They took my name down and said to “ask for something” when I come back. All in all, a mediocre experience. Mistakes happen, but it’s always frustrating to get home to find that your order was missing something.

The staff is really nice and the meat and patties are prime and juicy, not to mention the place is generally clean. The problem is that pretty much everything is deep-fried but they still taste pretty decent, the fries are a bit meh, and the food's expensive. Otherwise, it was a nice place to dine at.
