Pizza Hut

1st time ordering from them. Started off good. Ordered delivery, showed up 10 minutes before I was quoted, only to realize they messed up our order. No biggie, it happens, called to find out their new cook made a mistake. I was told a new product was going into the oven immediately and would arrive at my apt shortly.. Here I am 1½ hrs later, without the correct order and no contact from the store. Disappointed is an understatement. Needless to say we're not ordering from them again.

Ordered a pizza, paid $45 for it and the app said "loading delivery details". 30 minutes later there were Still no delivery details but please believe they had drafted their funds from my account. I called in to see when they would deliver our food and they said that they wouldn't be because they didn't have record of a delivery order from our phone number or address. Yes somehow they did have our funds. This is the 2nd time this has happened ordering from this location and I have not had this issue at any other Pizza Hut location. Don't waste your time period we will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau.

Well this last time I ordered pizza, it was delivered an hour from the time I ordered it. It was cold also,the pizza was not how I ordered it with pan crust, it was very soft, but the lady on the phone claimed she made it and it was pan crust. Then on top of that I somehow gotten an extra charge of $4.11,, that no one could explain to me how I got it. Overall this experience has put a bad taste in my mouth for Pizza Hut pizza which was my favorite pizza restaurant.

I could have gotten a better and cheaper pizza from Little Ceasers. It lacked flavor and honestly was not good. They always say all pizza is good pizza but not this one. The staff was very nice and efficient but the food was extremely lacking in flavor and felt.like a lunch able would have been a better idea.we won't be eating at this pizza hut again.

I just got my order 1 hour and 30 minutes from when I ordered the food. The tracker said one thing and it still took thw 30 minutes to get to me. I just order wings, cheesebread, and a 2 Liter and it took that long. I called the place and no answer just the hold music and the food was cold. Dont have ro worry about me spending my money nomore

We had my grandsons birthday party here and because it was just the main family we didn't reserve anything but the young guy at the counter was AWESOME!! He quickly put together a couple of tables and said we could decorate the little area if we wanted. He got our pizzas right out to us and checked on us periodically. I was so pleased with the outcome of my grandsons party. It showed me that there are still a few good people who enjoys showing kindness to others. The pizzas came quickly after ordering and was delicious. They were much better tasting than the one on 7th street.
