If I could leave a zero star review I would. We waited over 40 minutes for a 20 piece chicken tender meal. This location has a sign that they are short staffed which I understand during the pandemic. However 40 minutes to get chicken tenders that taste and smell like nothing but old grease is such a horrible experience and waste of 42 dollars. Fries were also cold and re-fried. Bread was hard and stale. Owner needs to do a better job. This place used to be a great place to eat. We had to throw the food away as we could not even eat the food the taste of grease was so bad.

Every time I go I have a good experience. Food is always fresh and I’m very picky when it comes to the freshness of my food. The line was a little slow at the drive thru because they’re short staff but the workers did a good job keeping calm with frustrated customers. I was frustrated because of the wait but I seen the workers really did their best to keep everybody satisfied while being short staff . I wished I would’ve got the guy the guys name that worked the drive thru. He did very well under pressure. He did very well under pressure.
Update: I went today and they’re still professional and nice even after irate customers

The owner is a very cocky older
white man who offers far less than exceptional customer service. After getting home with my food and seeing that for the THIRD time I did not receive a side order I PAID for, I called the store. I calmly
explained my frustrations to the woman who answered because 3 times of driving all the way home to see I had been shortened on something I paid money for finally made me upset enough to call and kindly request a solution. The lady was very understanding and offered me a free combo meal the next time I came up there and even took my name down which I think is an amazing solution considering $4 times 3 equals about the price of a combo meal. I went to the location today and asked for the lady but she wasn’t there so I got the very arrogant owner who explained they only replace food if I bring back the incorrect item back. Not only is this a waste of gas which is almost $5 a gallon, but how can I bring back an item I never received. After explaining all of that to the owner he offered me one single order of the side item to make up for all this BS. Moral of the story is don’t give money to this man. He’s greedy and doesn’t care if he rips off customers. The restaurant almost always messes up the order except for those two older women who are very nice. Also the restaurant literally always smells bad so I imagine it’s not very cleanly.

The food is great but they are really struggling to keep staff and the dining room is always closed. So as long as you are taking it to go, it's a good meal. I prefer Chicken Express to Cane's hands down. And the sweet tea is greatness!

Food, if you can get it, is good. The place is always short staffed, doors are locked, order from drive-thru only, and the danged speaker/intercom is so archaic it takes 30 minutes just to be sure the order is correct (which won't be anyway). The staff that are in there are running to get orders out and the hot mess is not their fault, I think management takes the ding on this one. Fail!

Their website says they close at 10pm. I rushed to town got there by 9:50 at the drive thru. All lights and drive thru menu still on and lit up. Waited several minutes and then drove to the window. Employees were still there. Knocked on the window to be told they are closed. I said it’s not 10pm. Get told “oh we close at 9. I said that’s not what your website says. Drove to town for nothing basically. Change your hours or stay open until closing.

Horrible experience the last 3 times I’ve been there. They never get the order right, the girl at the window was a complete b****, and when I asked for ranch she rudely said “it’s in the box!”. And of course upon opening the box, she got my order wrong and gave me 1 thing of ranch for 7 pieces of chicken! Experience was as expected..
