Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible customer service. Just left at 3:40 and no line. One guy is making to go orders and he turns and looks at me and said nothing. One girl sees me and walks outside, then comes back in to wash her hands and I thought she was going to help, but instead she walks to the back. Another person is cleaning the windows right next to me and said nothing. A simple hi how are you goes a long way. Very happy staff.

Worst Chipotle I have been to and I have been too many Chipotles in the DFW metroplex. I ordered an online order to avoid having to wait and ended up waiting over 15 minutes past the time the Chipotle app said it would be ready by. I was just sitting there watching people that were in line get impatient due to the slow moving employee that they had on line. They had two employees in the kitchen doing stuff, one employee on the actual line and one guy on the register. The guy in charge of online orders was in the restroom and didn't start on my order til about 10 minutes after the promised time. He also moved with no purpose. All the other Chipotles that I frequent are fast and have a system down. Maybe this location is slow because it's a bunch of high-school kids working there. One would think they could take some fast food training from Chic Fila which is a few hundred feet from them. I'm a rewards member so I eat Chipotle usually twice a week and have never had an experience like at this location. If you find yourself in Terrell, TX avoid this Chipotle and go to a different fast food place. Hopefully management will read this review and fix this location. It's sad that other customers in line also noticed and talked to other customers in line about the service.

I have ordered delivery several times. They always forget something. Today, I paid extra for guacamole. I ordered through door dash, they are not even supposed to open the bags. It is up to the restaurant to assure everything is in the bag correctly. Of course, the guacamole was not in my bag when it was delivered. I attempted to call chipotle to ask for this to be delivered, the automated phone service wouldn’t even let me speak to a team member and preceded to explain to me that since I ordered through door dash I would have to contact the driver to fix my issue. Even though I paid chipotle for the guacamole and the dasher isn’t supposed to open the bag. This was chipotles mistake but they won’t fix it… this has happened at least 3 times now. We will no longer be ordering from this location, even though we love chipotle. Such a bummer.
