Cicis Pizza

Me and my children really enjoyed our experience here. Normally when we go to Cici's most of their games don't work but we stayed here over an hour just playing games. The buffet was stocked with everything we love about this place. The customer service was awesome. I entered a few times and was greeted pleasantly each time. They came and cleared the used plates from the table as our table filled up with empty plates. The price is always reasonable for a single Mother of 4 kids a d we all left overly stuffed and happy.We will definitely be back to this location while we are visiting friends in Terrill. Keep up the good work!

My cinnamon rolls look like they came straight out the TRASH CAN. I am super PISSED‼️ Then to add insult to injury, look at how they’re placed in the box, as if they were picked up with a pair of tongs and thrown in a spot. There was plenty of time to make a fresh batch being that my order was a 30 minute wait according to the DoorDash app. I placed my own order through DoorDash but as a pick up order. These look cold and crusty. Seriously?!?!

Putting this here because I work at Cicis, reading all these reviews can be disheartening to be honest, all of the employees try their hardest to make things right if things go wrong, I've always kept a friendly smile and warm attitude towards the customers, please understand that there's so much that goes into running a restaurant, someone has to clean bathrooms and prepare the lobby to make it clean, someone has to make the dough, someone has to work on dishes and make sure the games are operational, and the buffet has to be properly stocked when there's a large fluctuation of customers it can get hard to keep up, though it seems people at the front are occupied, they're all working behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothly, the managers and my coworkers have nothing but my utmost fullest respect, I ask you give them the same respect in return, and perhaps tip the busboys once in a while. They work very hard to ensure that you have a clean table to eat at, it helps out a ton, especially through having to clean up brownies that have been thoroughly smushed into the ground and surrounding area 🍕

Made an order over the phone and was told that it would take 15 minutes. When we arrived and were finally taken at the window (after another 10 minutes) we were told that the order was never put in when we originally called. When we expressed our concerns absolutely nobody did a single thing to mend the situation. We find it very disrespectful that they didn’t even care about wasting our time.

Asked for the kind of pizza I wanted and I got exactly what I wanted and the amount I wanted no less no more and the exact peices I wanted also nice people clean lobby didn't use the restroom and the games worked for my grandson so it was a win win situation for a day with no electricity in wills point
