Jack In The Box

The food is good but the level of customer service is terrible. The person handing food out the window was very disrespectful and actually stuck the bag out at me, while facing the other way, then shut the window. I waited and she finally opened it, never saying a word. I asked for sauce and she shut the window got the sauce and then stuck her arm out the window at me, again looking the other way and the entire order was processed without a word after taking the order. I would not keep such disrespectful and non service oriented staff.

The staff listen well when orders are placed and because they exercise proactive listening, you don't have to repeat yourself which can cause aggravation. The food each time I've ordered at this location was prepared well, never over fried or cold. Today I tried the tiny tacos for the first time. They for me were unfortunately not good and the avocado/lime sauce I was told would be soooo good, wasn't!!! Now considering how many things on the menue are actually pretty good like the chicken strips; I am giving Jack a hall pass...

OMG! The young lady standing outside in the heat taking the orders is Super Nice that I would bet she has a Great future! She makes you want to come back every day just to get the energy that she gives out! Thank you so much for being so kind and respectful and making our first experience such a memorable one!!
