From 1 star to 5!!! I had ordered from Uber AND the Five Guys app, and neither of them got my order to me! I was understandably frustrated after waiting more than 3 hours for my food! I called the store, and the manager offered to refund or remake my food. I elected to have it remade and went in to get it. They remade everything and added more fries than usual! They also offered me a gift certificate for the inconvenience. Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful. While I may not use the delivery service anymore I highly recommend the people and service this location provides.

Been coming for a while! Good burgers! Best fries! And a BTGG in a mask took my order (if you know what that means, you know ha) She was super sweet! Staff is friendly (ignore the reviews saying they are bad mouths!! They only get that way when they defend their staff or customers. They don't let people walk all over them and I give them mad respect for that!) Will definitely be coming back!

I had the bacon hot dog. Yummy! The bacon was thick and just the right crispness. It fit the split and grilled hot dog just right. Next time I want to try the blt based on how good the bacon was

We went on a Tuesday around 6 PM and it was perfect because the place wasn't busy. Their bacon dogs and fries are absolutely delicious.
In case anyone is curious, yes this place has a clean bathroom, but they don't have seat covers. Do with this information what you will.

We'll round 1 of this place and it was completely awful, I went to this location in Tempe and I was surprised by how good this food was. Honestly I had a better taste buds on the fries over the burger but the burger was decent not too bad, just didn't really live up to it's looks, especially because this place is extremely pricey, you'd expect the best of quality, I didn't and probably won't get that 10/10 feel at 5 guy's but I enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend this place. I ate inside the staff was friendly and quick with order.

Food was generous portions and tasty, but the hamburger roll wasn't robust or big enough to handle such a large, juicy burger! Fries were plentiful and delicious. Chocolate shake could have been mixed better.
