Just love everything about Ponte Winery and Ponte Inn! We were married there two years ago and the staff attended to every detail to ensure our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. We returned for a stay to celebrate our 2nd anniversary and again loved everything! The accommodations are so comfortable and relaxing. The new pool area is beautiful. The staff are courteous and helpful. The grounds are immaculately maintained. Oh, and the bed and linens! The two restaurants serve excellent food. The cellar bar has live music and a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The tasting room is beautiful, and the wines are good! Try the port. It will surprise you. Ponte pays attention to every detail in all areas. Even though Temecula has a lot to offer, there really is no reason to even leave Ponte once you arrive.
I love performing weddings at Ponte. As the largest wedding officiant company in Southern California, (Great Officiants) we have the we have the opportunity to visit many different venues. It was such a pleasure to come to a place that really knows how to throw a wedding and has wonderful staff. If you considering doing a wedding in wine country check this place out.
The patio is a gorgeous place to dine. You can see a formal garden and the vineyard. We were not able to walk around as the garden area was closed off for a wedding. Get reservations or you will most likely need to wait or be disappointed. I planned our arrival so we could taste the wine flight before our late lunch. Our lunch started off with a loaf of delicious bread and a scallion dipping sauce that you could purchase in the gift store. We shared a tasty charcuterie plate. All four of us got different entrees from salmon pizza to roasted lamb. I will definitely return.
Nice setting and patio, surrounded by vineyards. Tasty food, but unfortunately, my salmon burger completely disintegrated upon first bite. Messy, and ended up using a fork and knife to navigate a burger. $4 to have a salad instead of fries. They apologized and comped my glass of wine, to their credit. Friendly, efficient service.
Nice place to eat while wine tasting. My wife and I sat outside to eat, after a couple hours of wine tasting in the area. We split a pizza, and were satisfied with the quantity and taste! Worth stopping in during a day of wine tasting.
After a romantic afternoon carriage ride through wine country, my husband and I, escaped to have dinner at the Restaurant at Ponte in Temecula. The restaurant has a relaxed al fresco outdoor dining environment nestled amongst the vineyards. We sat hand in hand at a small table while enjoying the warmth from the outdoor heaters. Immediately after sitting down, the chef brought out a plate of mascarpone cheese on a toasted baguettes. We started our dining experience with a bottle of chilled Ponte Chardonnay paired with artichoke bruschetta.
I highly recommend this place. First, the waiter, Josh, was extremely professional kind, and attentive. I was blown out by the customer service in this restaurant. Second, the food was exquisite including that amazing bread they give before the food is ready. I wish I could buy some to take home. 😂 Finally, if that is not enough, the views of this place are totally breathtaking, so dreamy! 😍❤️
P/S: I took a bottle of their great wine home. 🍷❤️
Amazing food! I had lunch with 1 adult and 1 child here and paid a little over $100 with tip. The food was incredible and worth every penny. The white wine we ordered paired great with the seafood pasta. I made a reservation and recommend making one, to avoid waiting, as it is outdoor dining. 10/10 for service, food and ambiance.
Best Caesar salad you will find! Love Ponte but make sure you have reservations. weekends the wait time can exceed two hours. If you were members, make sure you mention that when you arrive at the hostess stand they will give you a complementary small bite appetizer.
We love the restaurant at Ponte. It is consistently delicious. We were started off with a complimentary amuse bouche of ceviche tostada. This time we both went with the Beef and Hash. It did not disappoint, the beef was super tender and very flavorful. We accompanied our meal with our Angry Wife bottle from our wine club shipment that we picked up that day.
Finished our lunch with the Spring Cake, not just beautiful but also delicate and tasty.
If it’s your first time here, I highly recommend you get a flight of wine and make sure to choose the Beverino.
The bread they give is so fresh and it comes with this Scallion Oil on the side. Overall everything on the menu is very good and the servers are very nice and always checking on you
Always on my stop when I go to the Temecula area.
Dining area not open presently Monday/Tuesday at the moment, so check their website.
Love dining on the patio overlooking the lawn that serves as a wedding site.
You get to the restaurant by going through the tasting room, which has an outstanding gift shop.
We had an absolutely fabulous time celebrating my favorite person’s birthday!!! Food was incredible! Definitely go for the flight if you are not sure which wine you want. Portions on the food were easily shareable. The three of us shared the cheese, breads, and jams tray. Then we shared a pizza. DELISH! Will 100% come here again! Thank you for the amazing experience.
