Marcos Pizza

I ordered two pizzas with extra sauce. Got two pizzas with sauce only on half. When I arrived I had forgotten to add cheese bread to my order and asked how long and was told 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I finally got it with my cold pizzas. When I told the girl at the counter all I got was an I'm sorry...not even a chance to make it right. Customer service here is horrible. Look at my image for what they think is acceptable. Already went to their website and left feedback. 1/23/19 Edit: The last sentence stated I already went to website and left feedback. The response I got was to go to the website and leave feedback...if I managed this place, it wouldn't be hard to figure out who made the order and make this right. Canned response from Marco's is about all you can get.

Update: They are amazing and took care of us after telling them about this pizza. Will continue to buy from them. They know how to take care of their customers. We love Marco's and only get pizza from them. Hate to say lately they haven't been as good as before. Our pizza tonight was burnt and lacked toppings.

This will be our second time having our order delivered and it won't be our last! The food was fresh and hot despite being delivered 10 minutes away. The pizza was very flavorful and was generously topped with our meat of choice. The person taking our order and the delivery person were very friendly and helpful.

Been here twice. Usually I can tell the first time if I am going to go in to a restaurant again in the future. This place is new for Taylor and it's real simple inside. They have a few tables but it's mainly for carryout. The pizza is BETTER in my opinion than all the other pizza places in Taylor. Marco's is a branch I assume out of Austin is where the first time I tried them. I'll definitely be going back.
