First off... I have never been into a Golden Chick before. So walking into this Golden Chick I was very surprised at how nice it was. It is very clean and decorated cute with a warm Texas vibe. With a sweet smiling face at the cash register and a manager/owner getting the job done behind the scenes. Super impressed. I have gone through the drive-thru a few times and ordered delivery and the food has always been great no matter what!

Went in at lunch time the place was clean and such a good vibe. It was busy but everyone was on the ball! Especially the owner/manager he was working hard, great to see him leading by example. And food was delicious!

Many chicken shacks all over the US, but this one seems to standout above the rest. The chicken tenders are always perfect, the regular chicken is very good and the fish is better than most places that serve fish....

The past two times my boyfriend and I have gone here, the service has been horrible, we have to wait about 20 minutes, and once you get your food the chicken is too dried out and all of it is batter. The chicken was so tough you end up throwing out more than you eat. Also you get very little french fries. The first bad experience was later in the night and we thought maybe it was just a bad night. So we gave it another shot on a Sunday evening about 6:00 and it was still horrible. We won’t be going back.

Food was not flavorful at all. I had to drown the chicken in hot sauce and salt to taste anything. The mashed potatoes weren't any better. The best part of the meal was the root beer.

Delicious chicken, fries, and gravy, the staff were all very friendly, and you can get FREE ice cream cones when you dine inside the restaurant!

The Taylor Golden Chick is great! They are friendly & the food tasted good. Much better than the Elgin location.

The 25 minute drive-thru only service line could not have been any slower. Service was prompt, friendly, and polite after getting to the window. The chicken was hot, and fresh, the okra could have been a little more crisp til browned. Overall, we ate, and got full for a small fee, hehe!
